Kickoff & brief
It starts with a call to understand your product, goals and context. Everything we discuss is documented and structured, that brief becomes the backbone of everything that follows.
Planning
I turn the brief into a plan with Claude. This is where the project truly begins: mapping flows, researching market references and setting the direction before a single pixel is placed.
Design & build
With the plan set, I design and prototype fast, using AI to accelerate, never to generalize. The output is always bespoke: unique visuals, considered flows and a senior designer behind every decision.
Handover
Deliveries are clear and fully documented, nothing left pending. If you'd like, I include a guide built into the file, a 'Yago' inside the project, so your team can add screens or features later while keeping the same design logic.

Payment adapts to what works best for each client, but it usually looks like one of these:

Half to start, half on delivery, the default for most projects.
